1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, not all products and services are eligible for refund or return.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


2. Printing Services Refund Policy

Printing services are custom-made. Therefore:

No Refund After Approval

Otprintwa.com is not responsible for any errors after you approve your design, including:

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Grammar errors

  • Wrong phone numbers

  • Wrong addresses

  • Incorrect information

  • Design layout issues approved by you

Please review your design carefully before approval.


No Refund After Printing Has Started

Once printing has started, no refund will be issued.


Eligible Cases for Reprint or Refund

You may qualify for a free reprint or partial/full refund if:

  • The wrong design was printed by us

  • The wrong quantity was printed by us

  • The product was damaged due to our error

  • The product is significantly different from the approved design

Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Returns Policy for Printed Products

We only accept returns if:

  • The error was caused by Otprintwa

We do NOT accept returns if:

  • Customer approved the design

  • Customer provided incorrect files

  • Customer changed their mind

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition


4. Website Design Services Refund Policy

Due to the time and effort involved:

Deposit is Non-Refundable

The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started.


No Refund After Project Completion

No refund will be issued after:

  • Website has been completed

  • Website has been delivered

  • Website has been approved


Refund Eligibility

Partial refund may be considered ONLY if:

  • Work has not started


5. Digital Products Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

This includes:

  • Website files

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Banners


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order:

  • Before work starts

If work has started:

Cancellation fee may apply.


7. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for damage caused by courier companies.

However, we may assist you in resolving the issue.
